Featured in the Vegetarian Good Food Magazine Summer Special 2008 'Tried & Tasted' section our delicious Aromatic butternut squash coconut curry won the judges flavour of approval coming first, along with our extensive variety of vegetarian options available which also impressed the judges. Our Butternut squash coconut curry, with its wonderfully perfumed coconut sauce flavoured with lime, ginger, garlic and a little chilli just to give it a little heat. This is a very mild dish that has some amazing flavours and came out on top closely followed by our Gado Gado.

This dish is made from lean minced English beef, cooked with classic Mexican style spices such as ground coriander and cumin, then we add ripened tomatoes, red kidney beans and jalapeno chillies, all finished with a big handful of chopped coriander. Order this and get a FREE bread Bowl!
Cottage Pie
This is a classic dish with a twist, for want of a better word. Here we again use a lean minced English beef and cook it slowly with carrots and onions, fresh parsley and finish it off with a dash of a fine Suffolk Ale, to give it a fantastic flavour. We then top it with a mashed potato and parsnip topping that has been mildly spiced and finished with a knob of butter.
Beef Bourginion
A classic recipe using tender chunks of British beef, smoked bacon lardons, shallots and button mushrooms, all simmered together in a rich tomato and Red Wine sauce. Full of lovely beef flavour.
Peppered Trent River Beef with Wild Mushrooms
Tender pieces of Holme Farm beef cooked in a rich black peppercorn sauce, flavoured with Cotswold double cream, red wine and wild mushrooms.
