In Good Company...

Featured in the Vegetarian Good Food Magazine Summer Special 2008 'Tried & Tasted' section our delicious Aromatic butternut squash coconut curry won the judges flavour of approval coming first, along with our extensive variety of vegetarian options available which also impressed the judges. Our Butternut squash coconut curry, with its wonderfully perfumed coconut sauce flavoured with lime, ginger, garlic and a little chilli just to give it a little heat. This is a very mild dish that has some amazing flavours and came out on top closely followed by our Gado Gado.

For children aged 2+ we have a fantastic range of Kitchenmonkey meals, that contain NO added Salt. However this doesn't mean they are low in taste, the flavours are bursting out because we have only used fantastic quality ingredients, just like you would. This means we also don't need to boost the flavours with added colours or flavour enhancers, so you can be assured your little angels are only eating the best!

Children's Macaroni Cheese

This is just as you would expect, macaroni bound in a cheesy sauce made from Davidstowe cheddar sauce. It's very much like the version we have for grown- ups, just without the rocket. This is the gaffers favourite dish (well technicaly she's the bosses daughter, but we wouldn't dare say that to her!)

Children's Spaghetti with a Bolognaise Sauce

We have cooked this exactly as we do our wonderfuly flavoursome bolognaise sauce for our lasagne, but of course we have omitted the red wine & the added salt.

Children's Shepherd's Pie

A delicious Shepherd's Pie with a separate helping of peas & green beans. For this dish we have used a very lean minced lamb & topped it with a lovely mashed potato lid. I remember this being my favourite as a child, so i've tried to make it exactly as my Mum did. I hope your children love it as much as I did!
