Yellow Thai Pork
Tender pieces of pork from one of our traditional Nottinghamshire farms on the River Trent, with roasted aubergine and spinach, cooked in an authentic sauce made with a yellow Thai curry paste, coconut milk, ginger, lemon grass, galangal, yellow chillies and of course coriander.
