Registration

• We understand the importance of maintaining your privacy and will not sell, rent or disclose your personal details to anyone without your prior consent unless required to do so by law.

• When you engage in cartain activities on this site, such as subscribing to our newsletter or registering to purchase products, we will ask you for certain information about yourself including:
  

1. Your address, including the postcode of the billing address associated with the payment card.
2. A contact telephone number(s), preferably a landline and mobile number.
3. Your email address, so we can send you important information such as order confirmations and changes to our Home delivery Service.

• We may from time to time ask you for personal information to enable us to build a more detailed customer profile. This means we will be able to send you specific offers and discounts that are relelvant to you and your family. However, we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing and if you would prefer not to receive these, please email us on info@kitchenmonkey.co.uk.

• Kitchen Monkey Ltd only sells goods on our website to the end user and they should not be resold without our prior written consent.
  

• We will confirm all orders twice, firstly by an "on screen" confirmation immediately after your payment has been received, and secondly via email to confirm full order details.

• When registering you will be asked to create a password for your account. You must keep this confidential and not share it with anyone as you will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password.

Prices

• Goods will be charged at the price published on the site at the time you confirm your order. Excluding any inadvertant technical errors beyond our control, we will honour any prices as published at the time of placing your order. Our automated system will debit your card on receipt of your order. Should your order include anything out of stock, you will have a choice of a refund or a credit note.

• All our food products are zero- rated for VAT.
  

Discounts & Vouchers

• By registering on our site, you will be eligible for special discounts and promotions throughout the year. Electronic vouchers will be sent via email and you will be given a unique voucher code to enable you to take advantage of the promotion.

• Each voucher code may only be used once per household and Kitchen Monkey reserves the right to refuse a sale if we feel fraud is suspected.

• Different households may receive different offers, in line with the personal profile we hold for the registered user, e.g if you have young children you may receive a discount for our baby food and children's meals.

• Each voucher is exclusive and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. The only exception to this is when we apply store wide price promotions to selected products. Discount vouchers may be used against orders that contain products on promotion.

• Please check the voucher expiry date when you receive them. Kitchen Monkey will not accept any vouchers that are expired and cannot be held responsible for this.

• Kitchen Monkey reserves the right to withdraw or cancel an e-voucher for any reason at any time.
  

Delivery

• Kitchen Monkey uses a nationwide next day courier service to deliver our goods.

• Deliveries will arrive anytime between 09:00am and 5:30pm. We are unable to give an estimated delivery time.

• We are unable to deliver outside of the UK, including Offshore Islands or Ireland. If an order is placed for delivery to a destination we do not cover, we will contact you to advise of this and will refund your card the full amount minus 3% to cover card processing fees.

• The delivery address you specify may be at home, at work, a holiday cottage or with a neighbour or relative. If you have to go out on the delivery day, please leave clear instructions on your door, such as "leave in the porch", "leave with my neighbour at no 22" etc. A delivery that is not signed for is left "at your own risk," if the driver can find a reasonably secure place to leave the package. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries where no specific delivery instructions were provided, or if the driver cannot find a secure place to leave the package. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect postcode or address details being submitted with the order, or in instances where there is no contact number provided, or we cannot contact you on the number provided.

• We deliver Tuesday- Friday. We do not deliver at weekends, on a Monday or on a bank holiday. We also cannot deliver on the day immediately after a bank holiday.

• We have a minimum order of £30. For orders below £50.00, a delivery charge of £4.95 applies. For orders between £50- £75, a delivery charge of £3.95 applies. All orders over £75 will qualify for FREE delivery.

• If shortages of a product mean that the total price falls below the free, or reduced price delivery threshold, Kitchen Monkey shall honour the original delivery charge. Delivery charge is not included in the price of the goods.

Cancelled Orders

• Orders can be cancelled at any time up to the closing time for acceptance of orders (3pm two working days before delivery.) Payments will be refunded, minus 3% to cover costs incurred by us in handling your payment/ credit.

• As an online retailer we are governed by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. However, the regulations relating to the return of unwanted goods do not not apply to us, as we are selling perishable goods. Please go to www.dti.gov.uk for more information.

Guarantee

• We aim to supply you with food of the highest standard at all times and would not send out any products that we were not 100% happy with. However, if any product fails to please you, please contact us immediately on info@kitchenmonkey.co.uk or 0870 140 3212.

• We will replace the value of the unused product, with an alternative or replacement on your next delivery. We reserve the right to request the return of the unwanted product for testing. In the event that your order does not arrive on the agreed delivery date, or arrives in a condition that means it is unusable, we will refund you your money on return of the complete unused order.
